London venue collective London City Selection (LCS) has appointed PR firm Mexia Communications to manage its trade and business PR programme and social media activities.
Mexia secured the win following a multi-agency , having been invited to tender following delivery of a successful project campaign for LCS in support of its 2012 experiential weekend event.
LCS Chair Ed Bolling says: “2013 is an exciting year for London, following on from the Olympics and Jubilee year, the City of London is in the global spotlight and we are looking forward to raising the profile of LCS as a premier collective of some of the finest venues in the capital.”
Mexia Communications Managing Director Kursha Woodgate said: “We will be working closely with LCS and its venue members to enhance its marketing and build awareness of the amazing range of facilities and services on offer from the collective.”
LCS is a collective of venues including Barbican Centre, St Paul’s Cathedral and The Brewery. The consortium demands that all its venue members attain AIM accreditation.
