Wiltshire-based agency Venues Event Management has achieved its 10th consecutive year of ISO 9001 accreditation, the independent verification of quality management systems.
The ISO 9001 accreditation ensures that organisations meet the needs of customers, stakeholders and statutory requirements.
In order to achieve and retain the accreditation, Venues Event Management is annually measured against customer feedback and standards in areas including documented procedures, internal training plans and ongoing employee personal development.
“We have always been proud of the quality of service we offer clients and reaching the 10th year is confirmation of our consistency from outside experts who judge service on a daily basis,” says Standards and Quality Manager for Venues Event Management, Julie Evans.
“Our three-month new starter training plans include ’Life of a Conference Booking’ sessions which demonstrates to our clients that we want to get every booking right first time. The success of the training is demonstrated by the business receiving high client satisfaction levels in turnaround times, accuracy, friendliness, understanding, achieving needs and overall event presentation,” she adds.
