The Turner Agency completes management buyout

The management team of the full service event management company, The Turner Agency (TTA), has completed the purchase of the business from retiring owners Paul and Catherine Turner.
 
Based in Wokingham, Berkshire, TTA has worked in the events industry for 22 years creating 2,000 UK and International events. It currently employs 24 staff with an additional office in Ashford and Chistlehurst, both in Kent.
 
Members of the existing management team that will form the new TTA board are MD John Lee, and Operational Directors Katie Caldwell, Liz Goodey and Julie Lewendon. They are joined by new Directors Louise Charles and Mark Turner.
 
“I feel privillaged to be part of a terrific team that will take TTA forward into the future,” says Lee. “We are also pleased to have been able to structure a deal without recourse to external borrowing.”
