Event caterer Harbour and Jones Events is pulling out all the stops this Saturday (8 December) to celebrate its 1,000th event.

The setting is aboard the Cutty Sark tea clipper, Royal Greenwich, which has recently undergone a £50m restoration.

The event will mark four years of creating parties in some of the most unique venues in London.

Guests including event organisers, venue managers and corporate clients are expected to join the black tie event.

This is the first time that an event caterer has hosted both a reception and dinner for 200 guests on the ship.

The party also coincides with co-owner and Director Nathan Jones’ 40th Birthday. Jones has requested that guests do not bring any gifts but instead donate to Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital.

Guests can keep up to date on Twitter as details of the event unfold by following @HandJEvents and #allthatglitters.

Suppliers of ‘All that Glitters Gotta be Glam’ include production and lighting by Event Concept, floral displays from Veevers Carter and dinner entertainment from RADA graduates.
