W12 Conferences has launched a loyalty scheme for agencies.
The West London conference centre’s loyalty scheme will give agencies the chance to earn up to 20 per cent commission for booking repeat business. The more agencies book, the bigger their discount.
“We’ve seen a 15 per cent increase in agency business over the past year and more importantly the majority of clients end up being regulars. With this in mind, we wanted to launch a unique scheme that rewards long term loyalty,” says W12’s Conferences’ Conference Manager Tony Steedman.
“W12’s staff is committed to forging long-term relationships with agencies and its new loyalty scheme is a key element of this strategy,” Steedman adds.
Since opening in 2007, originally under the banner of the Hammersmith Conference Centre, the facility reports hosting 3,800 events, and welcoming over 194,000 visitors.
The centre has 11 training rooms plus breakout and catering facilities, and is regularly used by colleagues from the Trust, Imperial College London, and external clients.
