Best Western Cresta Court Hotel in Altrincham, south Manchester aims to be the first Best Western hotel in the UK to be Vegetarian Society accredited after its Sous Chef, Robert Higginson was presented with his professional diploma in vegetarian cuisine from the Cordon Vert School at the Vegetarian Society.

“There is a growing number of guests and conference delegates who already opt for the vegetarian choices on the existing restaurant menu and so, in order to respond positively to the customer demand, we are now creating a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes for our menus,” says GM at Best Western Cresta Court, Paul Hindley.

“Being a Vegetarian Society accredited Hotel is about understanding and respecting vegetarians, ensuring that all guests receive an accommodation and conference venue experience in keeping with their tastes and beliefs, and I am confident that we can deliver that standard from early in the New Year,” he adds.
