London’s British Library Conference Centre has recently upgraded its Wi-Fi with a dedicated Wi-Fi offering for events held in the 280-delegate capacity event spaces.

This improved service consists of a 30 mega bytes per second upload and download line, which gives all delegates and conference guests faster and easier access to the internet.

The conference centre’s service and helpdesk have also been taken in house, therefore all technical problems can be solved by IT engineers on site immediately.

“We are delighted to being able to offer a dedicated faster and stronger Wi-Fi line, having our dedicated IT team on site and still offer the service complimentary to our customers,” says Head of Sales at Peyton Events at the British Library, Barbara Wutte.

With its central London location, next to St Pancras International and its new Eurostar terminal, The British Library is within easy walking distance of Euston, King’s Cross railway stations and six tube lines.

The British Library’s purpose-built conference centre benefits from its own private entrance from the Piazza and offers facilities for conferences and receptions from 10 to 280 people.

Evening receptions, dinners, award ceremonies, networking events and barbeques for up to 280 guests can be held in its newly-available spaces, the King’s Library Gallery and the Terrace Restaurant and Terrace.
