Edinburgh-based hospitality company GH Event Catering has teamed up with one of Scotland’s top Asian chefs Tony Singh.
The new partnership launches this month, providing those organising and attending corporate events, meetings and award dinners with a historic venue and Asian cuisine.
The venue, Eskmills, is a restored mill located on the banks of the River Esk in Musselburgh East Lothian and can accommodate up to 100 delegates for meetings, 350 for dinner or seated theatre-style and up to 400 guests for a reception.
“Tony Singh has an enviable track record, winning awards including ITV’s Chef of the Year, through to working in establishments such as The Royal Yacht Britannia, The Flying Scotsman and Skibo Castle,” says MD for GH Event Catering, Brian Galbraith.
