Aberdeen’s AECC seeks title sponsor

Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) announced 19 October it is to look for a naming rights partner among the business community.
 
The centre hosts 400 events each year, and welcomes over 300,000 people.
 
AECC attracts some of the most high-profile national and international oil and gas events in the UK (including Offshore Europe, All-Energy, Oil & Gas UK Share Fair, World Heavy Oil Congress, Unconventional Gas Conference and DEVEX).
 
Management says it is seeking appropriate brands to form long-term strong partnerships with the centre as title sponsor of the Conference Centre and the Arena.
 
Brian Horsburgh, AECC’s MD, says: “This is a unique opportunity for companies to form strong links with AECC as long-term business partners. This is an excellent way for forward-thinking businesses to communicate face-to-face with their existing, and potential, customers and build relationships with both the business and consumers attending events here.”
 
AECC is working in conjunction with BDS Sponsorship, and hopes to announce a new title sponsor in early 2013.
