Lincolnshire conference and training venue, Stoke Rochford Hall, has appointed Michael Crompton as Head of Hospitality.
Crompton has more than 17 years experience in the hospitality industry working for hotel and catering brands, including Trust House Forte, Regal Hotels and De Vere. For the last five years, he has worked at Stoke Rochford Hall where he began as Restaurant and Functions Manager before becoming Food and Beverage Manager.
“Over the years I have served the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Jason Donovan, and John Prescott. My role now is making sure every guest here at Stoke Rochford enjoys tip quality service,” says Crompton.
Crompton’s new job encompasses all Stoke Rochford’s operations including kitchen, restaurant and functions/banqueting, bar and bistro and housekeeping.
