Event organiser, Meet in UK & Ireland, which runs a series of Business Solution Forums for the meetings and incentive industry, has been bought by Event Logistics.
Rebranded as Meet in Conference Europe (MICE), the agency is looking to offer more events and move into Europe. The forums are set to be further enhanced by the introduction of keynote speakers covering important issues and innovations relevant to the MICE industry.
Event Logistics founder, Richard Hart, who has managed high profile B2B events around the world for many years, says he is excited about the opportunities this takeover offers. “We know these Business Solution Forums really work, because as a buyer I have personally experienced for myself just how cost effective it is to have all the suppliers in one place.
“It is structured in a way that ensures not only a meaningful dialogue, but is conducive to building long-term, profitable relationships with people I can trust to deliver for me and my clients.”
Helen Tremlett, who was Business Development Director at the Royal Armouries in Leeds for many years, will stay on board.
The next Business Solution Forum will be held in London at the five-star Verta Hotel, in Battersea, from 23 to 25 January 2013.

- Malta – 27-29 November
