International event accreditation and registration company, Event Advantage Solutions (EAS), has been awarded the contract to accredit all Twickenham Stadium fixtures for the nest three years by the Rugby Football Union (RFU).
EAS will use its high security event accreditation system, Accredit, to scrutinise all non-ticketed personnel from security, cleaners and service contractors to entertainers, media, support crew and players for up to 30 events per year.
EAS’s appointment by the RFU is a strategic move to heighten security and streamline its personnel admission process into the grounds. EAS will debut its accreditation system at the first QBE International between England and Fiji on 10 November 2012.
“Due to the scale and profile of the events which take place at Twickenham Stadium it is essential that we have an efficient accreditation system,” says RFU Stadium Director, Richard Knight.
EAS’s Accredit system has been used at events including the UK Labour Party Conference, the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix, London Fashion Week and IDEX.
