Sodexo Prestige in Scotland has won its bid to provide the catering at this year’s Radio Forth Awards.
Prestige will cater for 600 guests at the ceremony, which will be held in the Usher Hall in Edinburgh in November.
The company is also sponsoring the Best Permance Award, won last year by X Factor winner Matt Cardle.
“We’ve spent quite a lot of time at our headquarters in South Queensferry developing a bespoke menu for the awards,” says Prestige Scotland Divisional Executive Chef, Stephen Frost. “The details of the menu will remain under wraps until the night itself, but guests can look forward to enjoying a great meal using the best of fresh Scottish seasonal produce.”
Events Manger at Edinburgh-based Radio Forth Richie Jeffrey, adds: “I am delighted to be working with Sodexo Prestige as the main catering supplier for The Radio Forth Awards 2012 with Spire Edinburgh Hospitals. During the tender process, Prestige displayed an excellent understanding of our event both from a working perspective and for client satisfaction.”
Among the stars who attended last year’s ceremony were former Spice Girl Mel C, Pixie Lott, and boy band The Wanted.
