EICC wins Investors in People Gold

The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) has won Gold in the Investors in People certification for its people management practices.
 
The EICC first achieved Investors In People recognition in 1997.
 
“Our business is using all of the resources at our disposal to ensure that our customers stage successful events in Edinburgh but our foremost resource will always be our people giving their best,” said EICC Chief Executive and former Chairman of IIP Scotland, Hans H Rissmann OBE.
 
The Investors In People committee recognised EICC’s culture of developing highly effective people and a company-wide commitment to staging sustainable events as reasons for scoring in the top four per cent of Investors in People organisations in the UK.
