London sporting venue and hospitality space, Lord’s Cricket Ground, has signed up to the Hotel Bookings Agents Association (HBAA).
The ‘Home of Cricket’ joins the HBAA with the aim to market the ground to the UK’s conference and event agents.
“It is crucial we are part of the organisation that drives standards and promotes innovation within our sector,” said Meetings and Events Sales Manager at Lord’s Cricket Ground, Nick Kenton.
The venue’s Long Room can be used for lunches or dinners for up to 200 delegates; the Nursery Pavillion can cater for up to 600 delegates; and the Thomas Lord Suite can seat up to 500 delegates for events.
In February 2012, Lord’s appointed three new AV providers to the venue’s supplier list: Aztec Event Services, Smyle and Fisher Productions.
