Condover Hall in Shrewsbury, Shropshire has awarded independent caterers Wilson Vale a one-year contract with the venue.
The hall provides a range of conference and meeting facilities and has appointed Wilson Vale to take over from the previous in-house caterers.
“Our goal is to introduce healthy, wholesome food made from fresh, locally-sourced produce. The conference and meetings side of the business holds great potential for us and we look forward to working closely with our new client to develop this further,” says Co-Founder and Managing Director of Wilson Vale, Andrew Wilson.
General Manager of Condover Hall, Andy Smeed-Curd, says: “We awarded Wilson Vale the contract because they believe in the same values as Condover Hall in terms of ensuring we provide our guests with healthy fresh produce that is sourced locally.”
