The newly-renovated four-star deluxe London hotel, St Ermin’s has launched a dedicated Congress Service for organisers.

The new service involves a newly-appointed congress team, dedicated check-in and hospitality area with complimentary rolling tea and coffee during the day, complimentary upgrade to a suite for the organiser and a private area for group breakfasts. These are all subject to a minimum number of booked rooms.

Situated in St James, the hotel is a walk from the Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre, Royal Horticultural Halls, Church House Conference Centre and One Great George Street.

The hotel offers a “flexible” attrition and cancellation approach to bookings that allows 30 per cent of the contracted bedroom block to be released six months prior to arrival; 20 per cent to be released up to three months prior and 15 per cent one month prior to arrival.

In May 2012, St Ermin’s Hotel completed its 18-month, £30m renovation project.
