Following full year results for 2011 for parent company Motivcom, released last week and which showed gross profit up six per cent at £29.5m, AYMTM claims to have secured £1.5m worth (8%) of extra business from new and existing clients within the first quarter of 2012.

The new business comprises events, including automotive launches, and communications programmes, while the agency has recently won a new tender contract for work for HP in Europe, a longstanding client.

Graham James, AYMTM’s Director of Sales and Marketing, tells CN: “Business booked is up eight per cent on the same period last year and the industry overall is still working to a much shorter lead time in both events and permance improvement. It isn’t uncommon for lead times from initial enquiry to event delivery to be under 90 days and is often for major events. Business permance and the need to react to market demands are often the reasons given by clients.”

James adds that clients are requesting “easily adaptable and reasonably priced tech formats to enhance the communications of their events, pre- and post-, whether web-based or apps. “It is a tremendous compliment to us that we’ve been chosen as the agency to deliver these solutions by several internationally known organisations”.

AYMTM is a leading permance improvement agency which creates, implements and delivers reward and recognition programmes and global communications that achieve their clients’ business objectives. Programmes are designed to help improve sales and reduce staff/customer churn.
