Conference venue collection IET Venues is calling on companies to help facilitate growth in the industry by ‘buying British’. The collection sites the latest official figures forecast growth in the UK events industry from its existing £36.1bn, to £42.2bn in just three years.

IET Venues says it has demonstrated this commitment and support by signing up to the annual Britain for Events campaign designed to promote Britain as a world class destination for events and celebrating the talent behind hosting, producing and managing these events.

Now in its 10th year, the campaign is supported by the Business Visits and Events Partnership (BVEP), VisitBritain, International Confex and a stakeholder network of over 27 UK-based trade bodies and associations.
