To celebrate the £28m transformation of Exhibition Road, the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the V&A joined forces on 21 November to host a party at all three venues.

The one-off showcase event, StrictlySW7 saw the event industry come together to experience a unique evening of entertainment and food.

The 400 attending guests were divided into three groups, each starting at a different museum, moving round simultaneously at two intervals during the evening. Attendees included industry professionals from George P Johnson, Sportsmark and Grass Roots.

Culinary highlights of the evening included molecular ravioli showcased by Bubble Food in the Science Museum. Spiced Apple Daiquiri’s by Rocket Food were a big hit in the Natural History Museum and guests at the V&A were treated to gastronomic delights, including ‘Stout marinated salmon with smoked mayonnaise and keta caviar’, created by Moving Venue.
