drpdigital’s director, Ben Wallace, has been featured in 2018’s BIMA 100 list which celebrates the greatest leaders, entrepreneurs and rising stars who are currently shaping the future of the British digital industry. The winners have all been invited to celebrate this honorary achievement at the BIMA 100 ceremony, which will take place on 9 May, at the Ham Yard Hotel in London.
The British Interactive Media Association’s (BIMA) main mission is to drive innovative connections and excellence across all digital.
In 2017 drpdigital welcomed a total of eleven new starters, with four new starters this year alone. Wallace has helped create an inclusive digital team that develops and nurtures talent from the ground up, of which is set to continue to evolve as the year progresses. Many of the new starters have been a result of drp’s relationship with Worcester University and additional local universities and colleges, as well as drp’s renowned apprenticeship schemes.
Wallace has also worked closely with several local charities and the National Autistic Society with the goal to promote the employment of adults with autism in the digital industry and local community.
Wallace commented: “BIMA is – without a doubt – one of the most established digital communities recognised widely across the UK. Each year the list includes leaders, innovators and many all-round brilliant people. To be included in the BIMA 100 is an achievement I’m extremely proud of and grateful for. The event in May will provide a fantastic chance to hear how other winners are driving forward the future of British digital.”
