veSpace, a venue, event and production company, has released its ‘ultimate guide to sustainable event planning’.
The 19 page guide focuses on expert strategies to help people to deliver extraordinary events that also minimise environmental impact.
Things in the guide range from why sustainable event planning matters, to setting measurable goals, selecting eco-friendly venues and incorporating waste management and recycling.
Josephine Bradley, marketing director at veSpace said: “We’re proud to have released our “Ultimate Guide to Sustainable Event Planning” – this has really been born from customer demand, more and more of our customers are putting sustainability at the forefront of their event decision making and while our venue sourcing service provides Sustainable criteria and we provide Carbon measuring and offsetting for our live events, there was a real desire for something that gave our customers more of an over-arching strategy. From there, the Ultimate Guide was born.”
CEO of veSpace, Anita Lowe recently won the Platinum Positive Impact Award at the Greengage Sustainability Awards, further book marking the companies commitment to sustainablity.
