Venue finding and event management agency, Conference Care, has been awarded a contract by the Severn Trent Group Companies, including Severn Trent Water, Hafren Dyfrdwy and Severn Trent Services.
Following a competitive tender process, Conference Care has been selected to provide meeting/conference services, with the three year contract commending on 1 April 2025.
The partnership underscores Conference Care’s commitment to delivering value and innovative solutions across the event management spectrum.
The scope of services includes:
- A 24/7 accessible online booking platform for seamless venue finding – MICE.
- Strategic account management to maximise efficiency and support sustainability goals.
- Comprehensive management information for cost analysis and environmental impact reporting.
