Aintree Racecourse, situated in Sefton, Merseyside, and home to the Randox Grand National, part of The Jockey Club Venues, has won ‘Business Events Venue of the Year’ at the Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards.
The awards acknowledged Aintree as a standout venue because of its versatile event space, iconic views, and its ability to host a wide range of events.
Charlotte Jones, head of conference and events sales, said: “Although we are renowned for the Randox Grand National, this award highlights our incredible conference and events facilities, as well our ability to host large-scale outdoor events in stunning surroundings.”
