Universal Live appoints new account director and achieves new ISO standards

Technical event production specialist Universal Live has appointed Charli Briggs as account director.

With a strong background agency-side, leading on key client accounts such as Remington, GES and American Express, Briggs steps into this newly created role to lead on client experience and business growth. Briggs previously ran her own event staffing agency, providing support to event agencies including Principal. Global Events, emc3 and Top Banana, as well as working with Universal Live.

“Charli’s approach aligns perfectly with our values, says Kirsty Waine, managing director of Universal Live. “Her experience in client services, blended with a commercial mindset will help us strengthen existing relationships and create new opportunities as the industry continues to evolve.”

The company, which has offices in Keighley and Manchester, has also announced it has achieved new ISO 9001 & 14001 standards, reinforcing best practices in quality and environmental responsibility.
