Creative agency, Pure Communications Group has announced several key internal promotions.
Janine Hart, Alice Davies and Maiya Dambawinna have been promoted to managing director, senior event coordinator and event coordinator respectively.
Hart has been at Pure Communications Group for nine years and has strengthened the team, improved client relationships, and enhanced the company’s reputation. Pure is a female-owned and led agency and this promotion continues its legacy of strong female leadership.
Pure said: “This move is a direct result of her dedication, talent, and leadership, and the company looks forward to her continued success in the role.”
Davies has advanced from event assistant to event coordinator in under two years, while Dambawinna has been recognised for of contributions since joining Pure in September 2023, having quickly demonstrated passion, creativity and determination while managing events, supporting senior managers on complex projects and coordinating proposals for global clients.
Pure said: “This is an achievement that reflects both her rapid development and Pure’s commitment to nurturing new talent.”
