Identity, a brand experience agency within The Human Network, has announced the appointment of George Perry as global head of business development.
This will strengthen its international growth strategy across key markets including the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Perry joins Identity following a successful tenure as global business development director at AVANTGARDE Group where he led international teams across the global offices.
As a member of the Business Development 100, Perry has been recognised as one of the UK’s top business development professionals for five consecutive years.
His experience includes senior roles at leading agencies including Jack Morton Worldwide, where he oversaw EMEA business development.
The appointment comes during a period of expansion for Identity as it increases its global footprint and brand experience and event offerings.
Olivier Vallee, managing director at Identity said: “At Identity, we’re building a team that truly understands the power of human experiences.
“George embodies this perfectly, and his expertise will play a key role as we continue to grow in key markets and solidify our position as the partner of choice for corporate brands looking to deliver impactful events and experiences worldwide.”
Perry’s new role will spearhead Identity’s global business development strategy, focusing on expanding the agency’s presence in established and emerging markets.
Perry said: “Identity has an incredible track record of delivering some of the most high-profile events and brand experiences in the UK and around the world.”
He added: “The expertise and insights we’ve gained from these projects have given us the ability to better help brands and businesses create experiences that truly connect with their audiences.”
This strategic appointment follows Identity’s recent expansion initiatives and reinforces the agency’s commitment to strengthening its position as a global leader in brand experiences.
