Identity, a brand experience agency within The Human Network, has announced the appointment of Martin Fullard as marketing and communications director, marking a significant enhancement to its senior leadership team.
Fullard brings extensive industry expertise to Identity, having most recently served as associate director of news and content at Davies Tanner, where he played a key role in developing policy for the UK events industry through The Business of Events, an independent think tank for the sector.
Olivier Vallee, global managing director of Identity UK and Middle East said: “Martin’s appointment represents a strategic milestone for Identity as we continue to expand our global footprint and strengthen our position as an industry leader in creating transformative brand experiences.”

In his new role, Fullard will lead Identity’s global marketing and communications strategy, leveraging his expertise to showcase the agency’s innovative approach to creating human-centric events and experiences. His recent authorship of a significant white paper on the global events economy for The Business of Events demonstrates his strategic understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
Fullard said: “We should never underestimate the social and economic impact of events and experiences, and I want to be able to share the stories of how Identity brings this to life.”
