The second floor of the Very Light Rail National Innovation Centre (VLRNIC) offers a choice of six flexible spaces accommodating eight to 170 guests. The Auditorium with its central wall mounted screens, projector and portable seating offers flexibility in its layout, accommodating a maximum capacity of 170 standing and 130 theatre style.

Coventry Building Society Arena (Coventry) 

Home to Coventry City Football Club, the Coventry Building Society (CBS) Arena, has hosted the Spice Girls, Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen and Take That in recent years, showcasing its flexibility in welcoming a wide range of events.

St Mary’s Guildhall (Coventry)

St Mary’s Guildhall has been hosting events for 700 years, with spectacular spaces that suit all kinds of occasions: from more intimate meetings to refined gatherings. Located in Coventry’s historic Cathedral Quarter, the Guildhall has acted as the centre of power in England, housed the crown jewels and is home to the famous Coventry tapestry, which can still be seen hanging in its original spot after 500 years.

The Great Hall can accommodate a minimum of 60 guests up to 100 (sit down) and 110 people (reception style). University of Wolverhampton at The Halls (Wolverhampton) 

Opened in 1938 and located in the heart of the city, University of Wolverhampton at The Halls is rich in history and culture, hosting legends as varied as Queen, David Bowie and Nirvana.

Warwick Conferences offers an incredible 300 flexible meeting spaces: whatever your needs they will be able to accommodate them.

Among its central campus venues, Warwick Arts Centre is the largest arts centre outside of London – it can accommodate a 1,200 capacity in its concert hall and 570 in the theatre auditorium. Oculus is a two-tiered auditorium with 500-seat and 250-seat lecture theatres, while the Faculty of Arts has eight storeys featuring screening rooms, theatre studios and collaboration spaces.
