Regent’s University London welcomes new director of Catering & Events

Regent’s University London, one of the UK’s private universities, has appointed Neil Brooke as director of catering and events. His previous role was senior general manager, Goods Way and Lafayette at tvg hospitality.

The venue, located within private gardens in Regent’s Park, offers four acres of landscaped lawns for summer events and space for up to 2,000 guests, including a sheltered marquee.

Brooke has also held roles as head of Food and Drink at the National Theatre, general manager at the Trafalgar St. James, The Rooftop and director of Food and Beverage at IHG Hotels and Resorts. He said: “This is an opportune time to join Regent’s, ahead of what promises to be one of the busiest summers of events yet. While the catering and events side of the business continues to excel, I look forward to the opportunity to further diversify and accelerate our value proposition for corporate and private events throughout the year.”
