Wiltshire-based event management and venue finding agency veSpace has launched an in-house Delegate Division led by new recruit, Emily Campbell (pictured).
The launch is part of veSpace’s commitment to manage its entire service offering in-house and plan to ensure a seamless process that links the delegate journey together in one platform.
The company says the new division will free up time for veSpace event managers who have historically managed website builds and apps for their client events.
Emily Campbell, veSpace’s new Delegate Dynamics director, joins veSpace with a wealth of digital and event project management experience – including having worked for Grassroots Meetings and Events, Touch Associates and for BCD – and Kim Cavilla, veSpace chief operating officer, said: “Our client working party informs our event management development roadmap, and we spent time to truly understand their desires, goals, and how they want to see us evolve. The launch of our Delegate Division was an obvious step from those discussions, and I’m excited to see what Emily will deliver.
“We wanted to invest in a high player in this field with both agency and client experience to help lead the change. Emily’s background means she understands client frustrations, challenges, and what they want from an event management specialist, and I’m certain she will look at the wider picture, and implement the best solutions.”
Anita Lowe, veSpace CEO, added: “Following the successful partnership with Chilled Events last year, we continue to grow our service offering, and the launch of our Delegate Division is one of the many exciting projects we have in the pipeline. I’m excited for what 2024 has in store for us and our clients.”
