The Birmingham Black Business Show has announced that Levi Roots, chef, musician, and entrepreneur, will be the keynote speaker for this year’s event taking place on 15 June at the NEC Birmingham.
Roots became a household name in 2007 when he introduced his Reggae Reggae sauce on Dragon’s Den, securing a substantial £50,000 investment from Peter Jones and Richard Farleigh. Since then, Roots has continued to expand his brand to include over 50 different products, authoring cookbooks and making appearances on various TV shows.
Roots also strives to inspire and uplift communities. He devotes a significant portion of his time to visiting schools, colleges, and prisons, sharing his positive outlook on life and motivating the next generation.
