Eventscase has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) functionality integrated to its event management platform.

It said the “digital ally” works like ChatGPT within the domain of a specific event, answering attendees’ questions as if it were the organiser.

AI Assistant learns and adapts to the needs of the event attendees, answering questions through responses and suggestions. It also supports the different phases of the event and different activities.

The automated system allows attendees to discover sessions that best suit their interests as it finds the most relevant profiles through matchmaking.

Every attendee has streamlined access to AI Assistant that uses natural language to provide information about the event agenda, speakers and location.

Iván García, CTO and co-founder of Eventscase, said: “We wanted to release this first version as soon as possible because the results we have obtained have been so satisfactory. Moreover, the algorithm itself learns so fast that, in a few weeks, marked improvement will be even more palpable.”
