BaxterStorey, the caterer for the Red Bull Technology campus in Milton Keynes, has received ‘World Class’ status by Hospitality Assured, the quality standard created by the Institute of Hospitality.
The board assesses nine areas across the business, from leadership to training and development, customer service and supply chain.
BaxterStorey has provided catering services at the Technology campus for over 15 years, working in partnership with the on-site team to improve the customer experience and service throughout this time.
During the Hospitality Assured assessment, the business received an 86.4% mark in 2023, placing BaxterStorey as the highest scoring organisation currently in the Hospitality Assured framework.
