Privately owned group of hotels, Exclusive Collection, has appointed Stephanie Hall on to the board of directors, she joins six fellow company directors overseeing the management, strategy and governance of the organisation.
Danny Pecorelli, MD, Exclusive Collection, said: “Steph is a fantastic addition to the board of directors as she brings ideas and a fresh vision to what our guests seek from a stay or day out with us.
“Her commercial understanding is second to none and her leadership skills have enabled a creative, client focused sales and marketing team who adapt and who foresee emerging demands from our spa members and MICE and leisure guests. She joins the board at an important time for the business as we continue to adapt, innovate and anticipate a new generation of visitors to the hotels.”
The hotel group is currently investing in numerous properties across the country, including:
- Ansty Hall, one of the properties acquired in 2022, is being refurbished in accordance with B Corp standards.
- The development of eight new lakeside lodges at South Lodge set to open in 2024.
- Convection and lower power source hobs and ovens replacing kitchen equipment reliant on fossil fuels.
