The Business of Events has confirmed ICC Wales as its latest key partner for its 2023 programme. The South Wales-based venue is the first major partner to be announced, with more to follow in the coming weeks.
ICC Wales opened in September 2019 and has hosted several high-profile events since – including International Golf Travel Market, the Independent Schools Bursars’ Association annual conference and the 2023 BetVictor Welsh Open Snooker.
Ian Edwards, CEO, ICC Wales said: “The events and intelligence generated by The Business of Events is excellent for sharing with our clients and for shaping our future approach and ideas for the business.”
Martin Fullard, director – news and content, The Business of Events, said: “ICC Wales are at the coalface of business and event sentiment in the Western Gateway region and that experience makes them a valuable partner to support our work in developing policy initiatives for wider events sector.”
The Business of Events will soon be announcing details of its first roundtable event once its sector-wide consultation has closed on 30 April, which will lead to the publication of TBOE’s first report of 2023.
