Global events and engagement agency Live Group has appointed Bruce Rose to a newly created position as head of audience.

The new role is part of Live Group’s commitment to audience engagement. The business has recently invested in a new audience profiling tool named AudienceDNA, a project which was spearheaded by Rose.

Rose was previously responsible for content at Live Group and according to the agency, “has always championed an audience-first approach”.

As head of audience, Rose will roll out the use of AudienceDNA to help clients increase the impact of their events by “tapping into much deeper levels of delegate data and insights”.

Rose (pictured) commented: “Post-pandemic, there’s been immense pressure on event managers to give audiences exactly what they want. The next generation want experiences tailored to them.

“In my new role, I’ll be using audience profiling to turn engagement on its head. Approaching audiences as a group of individuals with specific wants and needs, we’ll be using data and insights to make decisions on everything from venues and event layouts to agendas, speakers, sponsors and the content delegates receive.”
