The Events Club, a members club dedicated to the events industry, has announced the concept will arrive in London in Q3 2023.
The members club aims to provide freelancers, employers and employees of the events industry “premium facilities in locations across London that will super-charge any working lifestyle.”
Andrew Morrow, founder, The Events Club, said: “I have a number of objectives with The Events Club – one aim very high up that list, is the business going somewhere towards helping unify our industry. I am not saying we will take up this reign and spearhead it alone, but we want to give the industry a tangible base to do this from. There are a lot of brilliant people who have tried to unite different event industry segments, especially post-pandemic and I’d be delighted to provide them with the physical space to do this.”
It will open at two locations – one in Belgravia (pictured left) and one in Angel (pictured right). Both locations will offer exclusive spaces for eventprofs which will be open 24/7.
Each space will include lounges, workspaces, restaurants, rest pods, meeting rooms as well as bars.
He added: “We want to create a 24/7 home (seeing as we are a 24-hour industry) for the events industry. Somewhere that can offer environments to work from, provide training, and well-being, with services and facilities that allow us all to get on with our jobs and lives in a more enjoyable way.”
