Venue finding platform Hire Space has launched a new sustainability hub on its website.
Jess Cowie, who has led the project, said the company wanted to share guidance and resources from a wide range of organisations to promote collaboration and awareness around sustainability in events.
She said: “There’s a lot of great work being done on improving sustainability in our industry, and we wanted to make sure our clients had access to the support available. We hope that by sharing resources and guides from experts in the sector, more of our partners and clients will feel confident pushing for sustainability in their events.”
The hub includes expert blogs, case studies, sustainable resources, sustainable venue spotlights and upcoming sustainability events.
“We are working with organisations like Reset Connect, isla, and event decision to curate guides for event planners and venues on going green, and we’ll be continually producing content to help you stay in the know with all things sustainability,” added a Hire Space spokesperson.
