Experiential communications agency Brands at Work continues its expansion plans with three senior level appointments: David Bennett as account director, Neil Warburton as executive producer and David Elms as creative engagement director.

The senior hires aim to support the agency’s ongoing growth, following a record-breaking financial year.

About the new hires

Bennett (pictured middle) will be responsible for developing existing and new client relationships, as well as supporting the marketing and account teams to build on the agency’s client growth and retention.

He started his career in the industry as an events producer, working primarily with pharmaceutical clients before he moved into client services at previous agency, Owl Live, as acccount director for Google. Bennett joins Brands at Work from Hands Down where he worked with technology brands including Snap Inc., Google and Silicon Valley Bank on their brand communications.

Warburton (pictured right) joined Brands at Work at the start of this year as executive producer. In his dual role, he will be responsible for delivering large scale projects while leading and developing the Brands at Work production team.

He joins with over 16 years’ experience leading global events and experiential activations for the likes of XBox, NFL, AMEX, Vodafone, Carlsberg, Bacardi and Accenture.

Elms (pictured left) will work as part of the agency’s blended team of creatives across strategy, content, learning and development and design.

He was previously head of delivery at The Smarty Train, where he partnered with global brands across financial services, pharmaceuticals, and telecoms to create learning experiences for their employees, from early careers to c-suite.

Company culture and client offering

Karen Kadin, managing partner, Brands at Work, said: “We believe that bringing these new hires will enable us to broaden our creative offering, expand our client relationships and add even more firepower to our already industry-leading creative production capabilities.

“Beyond these senior additions to the team, we have made a number of other new hires and promotions across all departments and levels to support growing demand. We are not just looking to increase headcount, we are also seeking to retain, nurture and develop a culture of inclusivity that creates opportunities for our talent to thrive.”
