Ignition Human Performance, the network of professionals who unlock performance in business using Elite Motorsport Formulas, has launched ‘Motorsport Speakers’.
Motorsport Speakers aims to provide eventprofs with professional speakers who have a background in Elite Motorsport. These speakers can be utilised for keynote sessions, motivational talks and after-dinner events.
“Since we have come out of lockdown, we have been getting enquires about if we had speakers from with our motorsport network, who could come and speak at different events, such as conferences and dinner receptions.
“This gave us an idea to reach out to our connections and see how many of them would like to be included to offer this service more formally. I’m pleased to say that pretty much all of them came back and said they would,” said Nick Butcher, MD, Ignition Human Performance.
Unlocking performance
With a knowledge base that presents 11 current and former Formula 1 teams, the motorsport professionals are able to translate their lessons learnt in the high paced world on-track to unlock performance for corporate business events.
He added: “The wealth of knowledge these speakers can offer using high-performance lessons and stories from motorsport is essential for any business looking to engage their teams or clients.”
The motorsport professionals can discuss key topics including: leadership, teamwork, communication, psychological safety, wellbeing and sustainability.
