Clients are now requesting events that evoke a feeling of purpose and belonging, according to full-service event management agency, Hay Events.
“Now that live events are in full swing, people are craving meaningful, transformative experiences to feel purpose and belonging,” says Tinique Hay, founder of Hay Events.
“The emphasis is no longer on creative detailed content, but more on what we can do as event agencies,” she reveals.
According to Hay, event agencies can achieve this by having elements of creativity and innovative solutions that will contribute to an event’s attendees’ transformational experience.
“This is why during Q1 and at the beginning of Q2, my main focus was to attend industry networking events to build up my event directory of event suppliers.
“This way, these partnerships can help me to elevate event attendees’ experience with their product or services,” Hay explains.
