Agiito has announced that its travel, meetings and events solution will feature on the RM6217 Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework.

Out of all the suppliers on the framework, Agiito is the only travel management company (TMC) to be awarded a place on two Lots: ‘Lot One’ (UK travel booking solutions) and ‘Lot Four’ (venue-finding and events).

These two ‘Lots’ aims to enable central government, wider public sector and third sector organisations access to fully managed, online and offline travel booking solutions covering UK and international rail and sea travel, ground transportation, accommodation and air, in addition to venue-finding services (including virtual and hybrid options).

By working with Agiito, public sector organisations will benefit from the company’s creativity and experience to optimise costs and ways they connect, so people are brought together in a safe, meaningful and sustainable way.

Steve Banks, chief commercial officer, Agiito, said: “We are delighted that Agiito has been awarded a place as a Crown Commercial Service Supplier, not only on Lot One: the travel framework, but also upon Lot Four: for venues and events.

“We have a longstanding history of providing our services to the public sector and we are proud to be able to continue to do so. Our place on both lots allows us to continue to offer our extensive services as a one-stop shop, alongside compelling commercial and financial solutions to reduce and optimise public sector spending on travel, venue find and events.”

The new framework is now accessible for eligible public sector customers.
