Venues and Events International has announced that it has experienced 96% of visibility in budget forecasting, with clients confirming enquiries, up from 68% visibility in April 2021.
The increase and clarity of client bookings have led to further expansion of the creative and innovative team.
Venues and Events International welcomes Trudi Wagner as a new event director. She has over 20 years of experience at Marriott Hotels delivering its Europe and the Middle East tradeshow strategy and corporate customer events. She will use this wealth of knowledge to provide strategic guidance on client event delivery.

Kira Clinton also joins as a new event executive. Clinton has experience of organising VIP guest exhibitions and marketing events. She then joined an events company to manage exhibition spaces, leading her to Swindon’s FD Centre to manage its UK marketing events programme, roadshows, and client events.
Clinton said: “Having supported event delivery and travelling so extensively for work, I am excited to join a close-knit team that is as passionate about events as I am.”
Paulina Zapala is also a returning senior event manager.
Zapala commented: “I was fortunate to remain part of the Venues and Events International family during the pandemic, seeing first-hand how the team has supported clients and diversified to meet their needs. I’m looking forward to getting back with the events team and what we do best – delivering amazing and memorable client experiences.”
