Bubble Food, a London-based creative catering company, has partnered with Pinch Food Design, its counterpart in New York, in an attempt to reimagine transatlantic events going forward.
Through a single contact, private clients, corporates, brands, and charities can organise a simultaneous event in two locations. The concept could see groups in London and New York enjoy identical menus, design, production, and entertainment with the coordination between the locations aimed to create a harmonious and completely mirrored guest experience.
Travel restrictions over the past 18-months, accompanied by environmental concerns, have led many businesses to reconsider the necessity of corporate travel in a post-Covid-19 world.
The hybrid event with guests physically attending in-person, combined with advances in video technology and streaming to connect groups in other parts of the world, has been predicted to be a long-term solution for brand marketers and private individuals alike.
After the pandemic, this concept is intended to allow interaction in manageable guest numbers without the costly expense and quarantine requirements currently required for international travel.
