Brands at Work has announced the appointment of Hannah Tapper as executive producer.

Tapper will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of key client projects from inception through to delivery, as well as managing and growing key client accounts. This role forms part of the agency’s expanded leadership line-up as it works with new and established clients to deliver virtual events and hybrid experiences.

With over 15 years of operational experience in the events industry, Tapper has worked across all event disciplines including conferences, exhibitions, incentives, parties, and product launches. Tapper also brings her experience in the management of complex networks, multiple stakeholders, leading large teams, budget management and ensuring communication and efficiencies across internal departments.

Before joining Brands at Work earlier this month, Tapper freelanced for the last three years at various agencies, working with global corporate clients within the IT, communications and finance sector. During her last role before freelancing, Tapper was senior event director at George P. Johnson for eight years, responsible for leading the operational delivery of Cisco Live, a 15,000-person event hosted in Europe for IT professionals.

Brands at Work hopes that this appointment demonstrates its investment in experienced talent in full-time roles, which its managing partners believe is the key to the agency’s growth and success.

Moreover, the agency has seen a demand in hybrid events and are receiving multiple client briefs for 2022 including large scale international events. This will allow Brands at Work to leverage Tapper’s capabilities in delivering complex events.

Tapper (pictured), said: “I have joined Brands at Work at a really exciting time when they are growing as an agency. My hope is to be able to continue on this journey and bring some of my experience to the table to help support them in the already outstanding work that they deliver. I see it as a real statement of intent that they are both taking on new team members whilst continuing to win new business and I looking forward to the many opportunities that may bring as the event world begins to open its doors once again.”

John Birger, managing partner, Brands at Work, added: “We are delighted to welcome Hannah to Brands at Work. She has a proven ability in delivering projects of considerable scale and complexity and in doing so, marrying the big idea and creative vision to the many detailed operational challenges. Most importantly Hannah is a natural fit culturally. She is a tremendous contributor, collaborator, and problem solver. She takes the time to investigate and challenge what she sees in order to understand the why. She will be a great asset to our team.”
