Our philosophy is simple: reduce noise, improve communication and engagement.

Silent Seminars provide multi-channel, wireless headset systems which aim to reshape the way that audio is presented and consumed within the conference, exhibition and live event industry.

It is a simple concept, but one that has huge benefits for both the audience consuming the audio and the event organisers themselves.

So how does it work? We have all heard of a silent disco where party goers at festivals, clubs, weddings etc listen to a selection of DJs and soundtracks through wireless headsets.

Silent Seminars have adapted and extended the technology and applied it to the conference and events industry.

Audiences can listen to presentations, demonstrations or seminars through wireless headsets, moving away from the traditional method of audio presentation – the PA system.

Q&A sessions can take place in exactly the same way, the only difference is there is no amplified noise at all. You can be exhibiting on your stand and experience no disturbance from the seminar theatre right next door. Silent Seminars have systems capable of running up to 20 breakouts in the same room, which eliminates the need for separate breakout rooms or expensive noise containing curtains.

Each session is tuned to a different frequency and channel on the headset so there is no interference between theatres. Audiences are immersed in the material being presented and event organisers can deliver more content on the show floor by maximising space.

This allows them to bring all of their content and education into the middle of the event rather than having to break off into separate rooms or structures.

It is a much more inclusive way of presenting material and by improving the quality of audio it helps to achieve significantly increased engagement levels.

Why should you use headsets? They reduce noise and improve engagement, improve audio quality, maximise space, deliver more content and increase communication.

Headsets can be used for presentations, seminars, breakouts, exhibition stand demonstrations, panel discussions, tour guides and translation.

Silent Seminars has over 10 years’ experience in wireless audio. It has close relationships with leading AV and production companies and are able to offer a high level of service and can provide full AV solutions.
