Circle of Excellence, Avon’s annual incentive event for its highest performers, has been awarded to Venues and Events International for the second year running.
The incentive brings together winners from across Europe, with the last contingent speaking 19 languages. The event will take place later in 2020, with the group visiting Tanzania and Zanzibar for a safari and beach experience.
Paulina Zapala, head of the events team at Venues and Events International, said: “We delivered this amazing event in France and Monaco in 2019. It was a great success, we knew we could make the event bigger and better for 2020 and we are so pleased that Avon recognised our vision and the hard work of our team. We can’t wait to do it all over again.”
Sanja Mirkovic Rakicevic, representative engagement and development manager for Central Europe, commented: “Venues and Events International did a spectacular job on this programme in 2019, so it made complete sense that they work with us again this year.
