Venues and Events International has announced it has been accredited as an ‘Investors in People’ (IIP) organisation. IPP is an international standard which recognises organisations high performances through its people management and development.
The agency was praised for its leadership, company values and organisational structure, which aims to provide clarity for its careers, job roles and responsibilities.
It also demonstrated high levels of employee loyalty and teamwork alongside its expansion for new businesses.
The accreditation follows 6 months of evidence which was gathered by Josephine Bradley, commercial and marketing director of Venues and Events International.
Bradley said: “This is an amazing recognition for us as a relatively young business – we always say our team is what sets us apart from our competitors so it’s important we look after them and ensure we’re fit for the future. This accreditation is a great reassurance that we’re doing the right thing.”
Anita Lowe, CEO, Venues and Events International, added: “Over 20 years ago we took Venues Unlimited through this process and we were the first venue finding agency to achieve the Investors in People accreditation, so I am absolutely thrilled that we’ve gained this recognition back again. As our business grows rapidly it’s vital that we keep up.”
