Unique Venues Birmingham (UVB) has announced its partnership with Pistachio ViewTM, a video recording platform, to allow UVB to offer customers a personalised quote for event enquiries.
The personalised video aims to improve the customer experience and shorten the enquiry and venue booking process.
This is achieved through a mobile and web app, which allows the event team to tailor their enquiry response to the clients’ needs.
